Group Therapy Meetings
Some individuals find comfort in the presence of others who are dealing with similar issues in their life. Small private group meetings are held weekly and clients are encouraged, but not required, to participate during the 90-minute session. These groups often help to provide insight into one's own life and present concerns by listening to the stories of others and sharing with others one's experiences. Group therapy is often a cost-effective first step in one's treatment.
